I'm in a Sticky Situation
Hello,

So I have just found myself in a Sticky Situation involving my humble account. So when I log on to humble bundle, it asks me for an authy key. Now I never actually set up authy so I can't send my code through SMS and now I am kind of locked out. I looked around for a while and finally decided to contact support. Now there is another issue there. They require transaction IDs to verify identities. Now I deleted those emails. Permanently (Don't ask how). So I can't send them my transaction IDs. Kinda hit a dead end here as Google wasn't able to recover my emails. So. Sigh. Any ideas?

The humble key is send to the email.

Transaction id is in the payment method you used.
How can you have the SMS code system without having added your phone number into it?
Humble introduced an opt out EMAIL key system long ago.
Its not sms

Think OP means this

He's already tied his purchases to his Humble -account and is now unable to access it, and has removed his receipts.

Well, sadly - no idea what I'd do in this situation other than try to sort it out with Humble's Support.

Ok, then show them transaction id from your payment method.
Its not only in the email.

And try to find out how that sms function got enabled. I didnt even see that. So someone must have enabled that once.

Why does he say SMS then? And if so no problem?

No need to ask that questions anymore.
