OBS Beginner (screen and full screen)

Hello

I'm an OBS newbie.

I'm able to record any program on my screen. Let's say I'm writing this message using Opera browser, I can record that screen or maybe I'm drawing in Krita, I can record that too.
I'm also able to record my games. For example PES 16.

My problem: I know how to do each of them separetely but not together. I thought if I added these two sources: on top: capture d'écran (screen capture) and bellow: capture de jeu (game capture), it would work fine but it doesn't. It records my whole screen well untill I launch the game (in full screen mode) and then it only record the sound. When I change the order of the sources, it does the opposite. It won't record any video until the game (in full screen mode) starts.

What I want is to be able to for example record this message I'm writing in my browser, then without stopping the record, launch any game I want if tull screen and still be able to see both video.

I guess this is not well explained, but it's the best I can do so far (sorry for my bad english).
