Infinite loop DownLoad *fix*

This morning I went to update my CS:GO, but he kept a specific number (can't remember), I tried to reset the steam and even deleted the CS: GO, now he gets caught in 28.7 MB and tested with another game called "Darkness 2" and had same problem (stuck at 6.1 MB).

Yesterday I bought a game called "Half Dead" which has approximately 400 MB and the DownLoad occurred normally.

All this after the new update 10.

I tested DownLoad off steam, but normally.

UPDATE: I did a test with the game "Zombie Drive HD" that has 1.2 GB, DL happened normally, but those 2 are still with same problem
