Can my pc handle Banished okay

I mean i am not like most people, 15 to 30 fps without much fps spikes or drops is prefectly fine for me so you wont have to go "no" if it gets 30 fps, because i think 30 fps is wonderful. I mean to me, average fps that is below 16 is unacceptable, so now you know my standards can my pc handle Banished okay (the game Banished on steam) My stats are:

(you can just google the stats of a Inspiron 15 3000 series but i will just put the stats anyway)

AMD A6-6310 APU with AMD Radeon R4 graphics. 1.80 GHz

8GB ram (6.93 usable)

64-bit Operating system, x64-based processor.

If it will get decent fps by my standards then say yes because 30 fps is great, 24 still great, 20 Good, 18 Okay, 16 bad, 15 > Terrible.

Your CPU is 0.2GHz short of the system requirements, as well as being an A6 (not exactly recommended for gaming)... with an integrated graphics card.

Honestly? Running the game to your satisfaction isn't impossible-- try it, but only because you're allowed to refund games, so keep an eye on time played.

You can always check the requirement of a game on their page. I think your processor is not good enough. They put "2 GHz Intel Dual Core processor " on minimum requirement.
Best way to know is buy and try it, then if your pc can't run it, simply refund. As long as your playtime is less than 2 hours
