GTA V not showing

I bought GTAV from steam store, I have moved house and not been on my pc since, I recently reinstalled windows on my PC however when I login to my steam account, GTAV is no longer showing? anyone know why? and how I can fix this, its asking me to buy the game again and i'm not doing that again.

any help will be appreciated.

The account you are posting from does not own Grand Theft Auto V. Check your email for the purchase receipt, it will give the username of the account that bought the game.

Don't know how I didn't see GTA V in the list. I'd follow Teutep's instructions above. Did you purchase the game from Steam, or did you receive it as a gift/purchase a key from a third-party site?

I received it as a gift for christmas from my girlfriend, however I clean my e-mails regularly and I believe I have deleted the E-mail it was sent on

It's possible the gift has been revoked due to a payment dispute or chargeback, though at this point it may be too long ago to dispute the charge. I believe you also get an alert when that happens telling you the gift has been removed. What does Steam say when you click "It's not in my library"?

Just asks me to contact support. which I have done, Me and steam have a rocky past with alot of things, they are money grabbing so and so's.

I'm having a derp moment, I downloaded this straight from rockstar games.... I've managed to download it again as its activated on my social club... haha
