Windows 10 Anniversary Update

Just installed the update, and the mouse pointer is always running like a background task is running. Once i close steam down it stops. Is anyone else finding this?

Hey guys, my CS & Dota are stuck at 60fps. All happened after I updated to Anneversary, I reverted back to before the update but now nothing is going past 60fps. I usually get between 200-300fps. Got a GTX960, i5, 8gb ram etc. Any idea what I can do, I can manage to get it to fluxuate between 100-200 but thats constantly changing which is terrible!

Try this:-

Open X-Box in windows 10 then on the left, hit the settings tab/cog at the bottom.
highlight Game DVR at the top and turn off "Record game clips and screenshots using game DVR"

exit and see if that helps, I saw this fix on another forum, might help, might not but worth a try and he had the same issue - low fps on everything.

My install is also rekt, none of the above works.

Disable DirectWrite under settings>interface works, however one needs their client reset.
