Laptop Graphics Cards
Is Intel HD Graphics 3000 384 MB good for gaming? If not, should I get a new one or a new laptop?

No. It's terrible. You should get a gaming PC.

Intel HD is not a graphics card, it's an IGC (Integrated Graphics Chip). They are notoriously bad for gaming and should be avoided at all costs. You're better off getting a desktop built from the ground up. Don't even bother with OEM PC's.

Yes, because they are not designed for gaming at all. They are slow and underpowered. Just avoid it.
