Naruto storm 4 key binding

Hey guys can you tell me why i can't bind my Left shift key in storm 4 after i click setting complete it doesnt not save it and just blanks it out after i go back in and try to change my key settings

Could be a glitch/bug, or that binding is already set with a key (that you are unaware of). Otherwise, try verifying the game cache to see if there are any missing files from the game. Please note, that if you chose to do this it may reset the controls.

What I'm suggesting is from personal experience w/ NBA 2K. This may or may not work.
