Unable to Initialize Punkbuster-Punkbuster disabled ERROR
Fellas I recently sent a friend of mine CoD mw4 as a gift and he got this error and is unable to install multiplayer part and can only play First section of singleplayer. Is there anyway to fix this?

This seems to be a very common issue over the last two years, apparently you need to install punkbuster manually from the punkbuster website seems to be the general consensus.
