Adding a second language to Steam

Is it possible to add more than one language to Steam? I am German and have, therefore, selected German as my language. However, my English is really good, and I am quite tired of always having to explicitly disable German only when viewing guides.

Can I set my language to German AND English somewhere?

There's a button "Update store preferences" in account settings, but it doesn't work as it should be, it changed only Summary page's languages. Sometimes there's no reviews in my language or they are too old or even filled with memes and stuff, so I'd like to see English. It said that it requires several minutes for settings to adjust, but I still can't see reviews from product page (only when I click on All reviews or something like that) and it's been a day since that moment.

Welp, I need help too. Let's lift this up.

The closest as for now may be to change your default language in settings - interface and then add your languages of choice to your "secondary" languages in account - preferences for steam store. But this will make everything in english then, and only reviews and other stuff will be also in your native language

I live in Germany too, my English is quite good (so good, some people think I'm a native speaker) and I have Steam strictly in English. Works absolutely great.
