Most mobile phones can receive sms text messages, even old flip phones, etc. And most phone plans include at least voice and text unless you have a really old voice only plan (which can still receive text, but might cost a nickel or a dime per text msg).

But not all phones can run the mobile authenticator, I know that Android phones can and I believe iPhones can, but possibly not Windows phones (unless that changed).

Did you ever think that you should list your specific model phone (likely on a sticker in your battery compartment) in case someone is familiar with that, instead of asking someone to post a list of hundreds or thousands of phones?
