Russian Steam Account
First Of All ♥♥♥♥ Microsoft , I'm From Russia, My Steam Account Is Russian , And Today I'm UNABLE To Purchase Maybe My Favorite FPS Game Of All Time "Battlefield 1", Today The Game Price Is $4.79 And This Maybe The Best Offer I Ever Had On This Game, You May Ask Why I'm Unable To Purchase The Game, This Is Because Like I Mentioned Above I'm From Russia, Can Anyone Help Me Find a Way To Purchase The Game In My Account, Some Ppl Suggested Creating New US Steam Account But Obviously No, And I Don't Understand How Blocking Russians From Buying Any Game At All And Can't Even Play Already Purchased Games Help The Ukrainian War? , Like How Is This Fair??

Due to current world events, many developers are not allowing games to be sold or gifted to that region. This includes active Sanctions that are also likely a huge part of that decision.

You also don't have accounts based upon country; where you buy from, the payment method and matching billing address determines the ability to be able to purchase a game or not, and it's price. So even if you tried to abuse the closed VPN loophole; it wouldn't work and you'd be unable to buy the game.

The most you could attempt is a 3rd party legitimate site, but if it's a steam key you may be region locked.

Best to wait until the war is over, or whenever sanctions are lifted which is not any time soon.

Since when did Microsoft make Battlefield?

Here is a list of developers/publishers that removed titles from Steam and also turned off gifting games to Russian accounts.

EA, Microsoft (includes Bethesda, Mojang Studios and Activision-Blizzard games), Rockstar, CDPR, 4A, GSC Game World (S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series), Ubisoft, SEGA, Behaviour Interactive, Supercell, FromSoftware, Sony (Bungie), Bloober Team and 2K (Firaxis Games).

First - don't capitalize every word, it's annoying to read.

Due to current world events, many developers are not allowing games to be sold or gifted to that region. This includes active Sanctions that are also likely a huge part of that decision.

Actually, they can't. Gifting those games was also restricted to Russia and Belarus.
