I Try To Gift A Game To My Friend But It Say "An unexpected error has occurred" , But When I Gifting A Random Game ( I Do That To Test Is ) IT BLOODY WORK , What I Asking Is How Do l Fix It "An unexpected error has occurred" ?

Check on sites like steamdb whether the price difference between your currency and your friend's currency is bigger than 10% in either of the directions. If yes, the game in question cannot be gifted.
