My game wont download because it's "missing executives"

I just purchased Demon Slayer Hinokami Chronicles and for some reason when i download it, the game size is only 8 mb(which is obviously weird) and once it finishes downloading (takes 10 seconds because of the abnormal game size) and press play, it says i'm missing an executive. even when i look into the game folder on my hard drive, theres only one folder with a few images and no .exe folder to launch the game. I've tried everything on the internet, I've deleted and reinstalled the game, and even steam itself, I've verified the local folders and deleted the download cache, ive deleted the appcache folder and even tried launching steam with administrator and it still wont work. should i just give up? I've been really looking forward to this game and this is my second try after refunding the game and buying it again. PLEASE HELP

Assume game and OS has same 64bit , then only Antivirus app or qurrantine folder is known for blocking and move of files as missing executable file.

not even a virus is that stupid , that will be a sure tell im not Original file and user will fix it asap.

Would you be so kind to open the Steamclient, click Help at the top menu, then select System Information?
Copy all that text and paste it into this thread.

Demon Slayer doesn't appear to be a game you own, unless it's on another account so you can preserve your game count of '69'. (Nice)
