What can be considered as "Refund abuse"
Recently, I bought some games taking advantage of the steam sales, but several of them don't run wellor crash at the startup. I've alredy made 2 refunds, but I still have 1 game that I have to ask for a refund... My question is, what can be considered as a "Refund Abuse"? or If I should wait some weeks or months to refund my games? I would really apreciate the help.

You will get warnings from Valve in your refund requests if they determine there is a problem with the volume you are attempting to refund. You'll probably just see a light reminder to start with and then just go from there.

Waiting more than 2 weeks isn't an option. You have a limit of 14 days and no more than 2 hours play time. If you're outside of either of these you don't get a refund.

You need to make your refund requests within 2 weeks and 2 hours of play. Don't wait longer than that or you'll get denied.

If you bought 10 games and refunded 3, I don't think they'll see it as a problem. If you're regularly buying games, playing them for an hour, then refunding them, expect a warning.

Refunding three games isn't refund abuse. However having a crappy PC and buying games it can't run and refunding them on the regular is a good away to run up against the abuse metrics.
Thanks for your help! :steamhappy:

I once refunded 3 games at once, no problem, got a warning with the 4th.

In my 13 years here I have only made 1 refund so far, and it was for an accidental duplicate purchase.

I'm the type of person who buys a game, speedruns it, and refunds it back.

Do you also take candy from babies and steal change from the donation jar for sick orphans?
