Disabling community market purchases permanently
I want to disable this feature (which I don't really use) because my account got emptied a while ago through the Market.
I am about to purchase a lot of games and I fear that my games would be refunded and my funds emptied again. And yes I have changed my password but I want to go the extra mile so I won't be worried.
Any help is appreciated!

You can't disable the ability to purchase through the market. If there are wallet funds on the account then these can be used to buy anything from the store or market. The priority is to ensure your account is secure and then you don't need to worry about anything else. Changing password is simply not enough especially if scammers still may have idle access to your account. I recommend doing all the steps in order and any already done should be repeated:-

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

Even with 2fa if you end up with malware on ur pc Steam basically tells you to get f'd if your account gets drained. Never putting a dime on Steam Wallet again what a scam.

What do you expect? Do you expect Steam to take responsibility for the security of your own personal computer?
