Activate Ubisoft Connect game from steam

I have purched assassins creed origins in the store. But I cannot activate it on Ubisoft Connect. Where can I see my product key?

If I go to Manage -> Properties -> DLC, I can see 1 item containing that key, but I connot see the key itself. If I click on that item it redirects me to the home page of the store.

There's no product keys, you have to link your Steam & Uplay accounts. Usually, Uplay does that by itself when you start the game (henceforth Uplay) through Steam. If that isn't the case, uninstall that version of Uplay that came with the game, install the latest Uplay manually & start the game from Steam.

Addendum, Ubisoft UPlay is now called Ubisoft Connect.
