if you cant redeem the code, there should be an error message that tells you what the issue is

make sure you are not mixing up letters and numbers 8-B, 0-O, etc.

and make sure its a steam code you are entering, not all codes are for steam. what game is the code for?

this is a USER FORUM, no one here can check a code.

and steam does not block sites for the laughs, that site is not as legit as you want it to be. grey markets get their codes from where ever they find them, this includes fake codes, out of region codes, used codes, etc.

Are you sure you bought Steam key? It could be Epic Games Store key or Origin key and what game?
