Will purchaseable game code download vouchers for delisted games still work?

I am interested in purchasing Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection and was about to purchase a game code on Amazon until I learned from the game's page that the game was recently delisted on steam. I really want to buy this game but am worried the game code will be useless. Amazon doesn't refund purchase codes so it'd be a loss for me.

Should I go ahead buy the Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection code? Or does a game being delisted permanently remove any chance to purchase it from steam?

Bonus question if any game I purchased in the past got delisted will it stop working? If it still works, suppose I uninstall it will I still be able to download it again because I already purchased it? Or does a game being delisted permanently remove it from my steam library?
