Error Content Still Encrypted *FIX* *ALL GAMES*

Hey There,
if you recently resetted your pc and that too without backing your steamapps folder like me and re-install your games and then you get a error message saying content still encrypted.
follow the steps and this should help you (if not then im sorry ;_;)

go to steam>settings>account>beta participation>change>

there are going to be 2 options, first NONE - opt out of all (something like that) and second Steam beta update (i guess,)

click on steam beta update and restart your system and you should be good to go (restarting system isnt necessary but i took no risk) it helped me and maybe it can help you too :D

This fixes a lot of issues, as does changing from beta to regular steam, because it's like reinstalling steam or Verifying the Integrity of Steam's Cache. Probably does have somthing to do with files in AppData. No explanation why one out of my 300 steam games started doing that, but thankfully there are little fixes like this despite Valve's lack of information.

I have this same problem with Operation Babel: New Tokyo Legacy. When I click on install it brings up the install panel then errors out with the above error of this conversation. with out downloading the game files. changing it to beta does nothing for me since the directory is empty.

Ask in the game's hub. If others are having a problem, perhaps there is already a fix or some help there. If it's specific to only one game, ask there.
