how do i make a steam bio?

i want to make a steam bio but not sure how to do it when i go on edit profile and put somthing in it goes just under my name but i want the ones were its in a whole new section if you know what i mean

Which (correct me if I'm wrong) requires a certain level. I think like level 5-10, I forgot which level exactly you get those

Every 10 levels, yeah. The OP is level 10, so they should have the showcase.

Change out from your screenshot showcase.

You have one showcase after each 10 levels.

The option to change such showcase be found here at the very bottom of the page...
