Visa Card Verification

Well I don't play CS:GO much and decided to get back into it buy buying a knife, so as I was doing that.
I put the funds into my wallet with a 55 dollar visa card, but I only put 50 on.
When I try to use the market it says this:

You've recently funded your Steam Wallet using an unverified credit card that has had a recent increase in use. You can attempt to verify the funds now or wait until the restriction is automatically removed.

NOTE: Verifying the funds may not work with all banks or credit cards. If you cannot verify your card, then you must wait while the payment method is verified with Steam. Steam Support cannot provide or convert verification charges and cannot remove this restriction. More info...

But then when I try to verify it, I don't know how because it's only a visa card..

It's impossible, I tried.
I used a visa GIFT CARD

I fail to see why that prevents you from verifying, but if you are unable to verify, you will need to wait 5 days to use the community market.

What do you mean you fail to understand? A visa GIFT CARD doesn't come with a whole bank account?

It comes with a web site on the back where you can register the card and view transaction history, at least all the Visa gift cards I have used in the past have.
