My steam keep setting itself to russian language everytime I launch it
I'm getting pissed off everytime I launch steam , is there any possible way to launch steam directtly in english language ?

Open the Steam client. In the very top-left corner, click "Steam". The second to last option will be "Settings", click that. In the new window, on the left-hand side, the sixth tab from the top will be "Language". In that tab, at the top on the right-hand side, will be a drop-down menu to select your language.

I know that already , but when I restart the pc or something it set itself to russian.

My os is French and my IP is Algerian thats not possible.
