Steam language turned into giberish on login?

I logged in and all the text on steam is gibberish. Seems it decided to turn into some other random language. I don't even recognize the text/letters (its like a weird russian text). How do I fix this?

Bah, this is frustrating. I just wanted to see if steam wanted any of my money for good sales, now im going to bed because im tired of dealing with this today...
