How to know if and item is tradeable?

i know many of you know how to know if an item is tradeable and may think that im a new player but i have played this game for 2 years and i have just started trading and some players gave me some items and one of them was the family bisness i wanted to craft something but i was scared to craft the wrong family bisness. I checked it on my bacpack but it didnt say i double clicked it nothing happend when i click it it says trade it to another player to both family bisnesses. it may be something from my steam account but i havent checked that so please tell me if you know!

Did you purchase something at Mann co.?

Go to your inventory and scroll or click on the item. It should tell you if that item is tradable or not.

TF2 inventory -> Select an item to view -> Under the description it should state if it's tradable or non-tradable.

well thanks but it looks like i cant play tf2 anymore cuz of the new update

You can't trade your items until you're going to become Premium.

On Steam it's saying that it's not tradable but on TF2 it's not telling me if it is or not?? I want to delete it but I can't because I'm scared of deleting the tradable metals!
