Dont Starve Together and Rust off the top of my head.

ARK has a huge hype train but also a lot of issues particularly with optimization and performance.

I assume you mean the 8gb ram? Yeah, you don't need 8gb ram to play. More ram helps of course, but my friend plays fine with 6gb and I think it's playable with 4gb ram too, although you would probably have to decrease some graphic options a tad.

Win 10, quad core 2.6hz (non-OC'd), 8gb ram, Nvidia GT 640 2gb. Not bad, not great but it plays Rust just fine.

The devs updated Rust on a weekly basis, and it's about to have a huge update as well that'll add to the fun.

One thing for sure, steer clear of H1Z1.
