Transferring Non-Steam Cloud game saves from one computer another? Help!
So within the next few weeks i will be buying a new computer that i want to transfer my Steam game saves to. However, some of my games don't have a save in the "My Games" folder in My Documents, and they don't have Steam Cloud Saving either... SO how would i go about transferring the games saves to my new computer? (P.S. If it helps any, an example of a game i'm trying to transfer my saves for is Shell Shock Live, and i'm going to be transferring through a USB). Step-by-Step answers would be great but anything would help. (P.S.S. Sorry if this is in the wrong place, i had ZERO idea where to post this).

If they are online only games then your progress is tied to your account, not a save file on your pc. In that case you would be fine.

You can save the userdata folder which is located in the Steam directory. Some games have their save data stored there instead of the My Games folder.

The path is usually, C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/userdata

Save the userdata folder to a USB. Then transfer the folder back to the same path on your new install.

This is more than a year old thread.

Besides, Tekken 7 does have Steam Cloud support, so I fail to see how this is even relevant to the topic anyway. http://store.steampowered.com/app/389730/TEKKEN_7/

Just use GameSave Manager. It took no more than 5 minutes for it to make back ups of the save files from my laptop and for me to bring them over to my brand new PC. Would recommend having GameSave Manager on both computers for it to be a quick and easy transfer.
