A way to get around Steam Authenticator?
I do not like Steam Authenticator. Whenever I try to trade someone the trade is held for a day because I don't even have the authenticator app. I do not want to start using it because I don't want to have to put in a code from my phone every time I log into the computer because I have a shortcut that just puts in my username and password without me trying. Is there a way to remove the one day hold without haveing to put in a code on login? Also, whenever I log into steam on Google Chrome I always have to go to my emails to find a code and mark this computer as a new computer even though it is on the same computer.

Just don't use it.

If you want to remove mobile authenticator then...

1.Go to your Account details (viewable under your account name, near the top of the web page).
2.Click on Manage your phone.
3.Click on Remove phone.
4.You can remove the phone by typing in the current code from your Authenticator, or by sending your phone an SMS code.

You have to either use the authenticator or put up with the holds. There is no way around it. The security features are mandatory for everyone.

That happens when your cookies get deleted.
