Problem with Adress

I received an error about my adress, it is the adress that Steam recommended to me so i dont know why it could be wrong, here it is:

Im asking that, i dont know where is the problem, i entered an adress like that and Steam send me and error about my adress and my purchase got cancelled and refunded.
