Permanently Deleting a CD-Key Game From My Library

Hello Steam users, I have been wondering for a while and couldnt seem to find the answer to this. If I permanently delete a game from my Steam library/account that I added through a CD-Key, would I be able to reactivate it on another account or the same one, or would it be completely gone?

The old key will always remain, even if you try and delete a game from your library.

Keys are one-time-use only. Use it once and it's gone for good and can never be used again to activate the game on a Steam account.
You should keep it in case you need to provide proof of ownership as physical evidence is preferred by Steam Support.

but how the ♥♥♥♥ do I delete it I have the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ half life premium pack I want to get rid of the whole thing
