my account has been banned for fraud activity
my account has been baneed for fraud for no reason i mean that s my credit card that i buy with games before now i just buy test drive unlimited 2 with 4.99 dollars but i head that this games id died no more online or support so i request refund and then my account banned ? the problem is i just buy a game with my credit card and banned for no reason

Sounds like you initiated a chargeback, which is essentially fraud in your case. Not a refund.

how exactly did you 'request refund'? Through Steam or did you do a chargeback?

Sounds like you did a chargeback, not a refund. Reverse the chargeback and then contact Steam support.

This was some what hard to read but what i gathered is you tried to refund a game and you were banned from fraudulent activities. How long is your ban? What exactly does it say? What is it banning you from doing?

If this was a charge back, reverse it, contact steam support and fix the issue stating you didn't understand the process completely.

Second of all steam aren't perfect they do make mistakes and problems arise, however they very rarely make a mistake this serious. I suggest you go strait to steam support and request to sort this out. If it is a error on there end they should recognize it quickly and help. I suggest not taking this personal and keeping a ration thought process and not to lash out when talking to support as it will not help at all it may be frustrating during the process due to there 0 tolerance to bans of any sort. But try gather all evidence possible to help with your case.

yes i dont even play the game i just request refund that i buy the game by mistake

what is chargeback ?

Chargeback would be you telling your credit card company to reverse the charges. How did you do this refund? Via steam or your bank/card?

i bet it has nothing to do with the refund request ,
i have a feeling there is a lot more going on than the op is telling .
i wonder why the post at all .
like someone here can reverse a account ban
