tomb raider 2013 goty worth ?

should i buy the standard or the goty ?
are those dlc worth for single player only ?

i dont want multiplayer related stuff
i dont care about any cosmetic stuff for single player like skins / outfit

i just see one single player dlc which is a tomb or something .. is that it ? thats all ?

Yes, that's all and that DLC is not even discounted and can be played through in about 5-10 minutes.
Skins/Outfits are multiplayer only as well, so the Standard Edition is fine.

As you said, they're just skins, multiplayer items and a tomb.
I haven't played the tomb DLC but the tombs in the main game are just small areas with a puzzle and a collectable as a reward in the end, so even that alone isn't worth it.
