Hello my friends from the internet,

I've got a new phone an iPhone and since I got my iPhone and installed steam and enabled the mobile authenticator made active, I got an escrow ban, at least that's what ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ said, I saw everywhere that after 7 days the cool down would be over, it has been 8 days now and I can trade now, except for the fact that the items will be held for 15 days and it says 'hasn't used the steam mobile authenticator for 7 days'. And now I still got the notification on ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that I've got an escrow ban, and when i want to trade with a friend I've got a hold for 15 days. Can someone help me?

well i was about to confirm it with my phone until there came a message in my screen with the hasn't used mobile authenticator for 7 days

What does the email say? When exactly was the authenticator activated? It must be at least seven full days, not six and a few hours.

ive had no email? It was activated last tuesdaymorning and when i went to support there came a message like: why can't i trade at the community market, but it isn't there anymore so I don't get why i still cant trade normally

You always get an email when you activate a Steam Mobile Authenticator.

yeh i got one i see now, it says; a steam guard mobile authenticator has successfully added to your account

And when exactly did you receive that email? Date and time and mention your timezone as well.
