ok so as the title. in addition, 2 masssages were sent. the first is that 5$ were spent on this game. the second is another 5$ were spent at STEAMGAMES SEATTLE. So I just want to know why there is no warnning or something that tells if we gunna pay twice .And WHAT IS STEAMGAMES SEATTLE and WHY THE PURCHASE WENT THERE TOO ??!!!!

If Steam says you only paid $5, then you paid only that amount. Your bank probably just put a hold on the other $5 and it will be returned to you in a few days.

Yeah I just got of with the bank and you are right. they told me it will take few days to release them. Which means Steam is not the prob. Thank you all for considering my issue.
