Can I buy a game with a V-pay debit card?

I really need to know if I can add funds to my steam account. Is it possible, or only works with a Visa card?

V-Pay is provided by Visa, so it should work the same as a credit card. However not all prepaid cards are guaranteed to work with Steam, especially if the card does not allow you to register a name and address. It actually appears to be a debit, so yes it should work.

Visa debit cards works. If you can use it in any shop same thing. I don't know what V-pay is.
