Can i redeem a DLC code without the base game?
I bought a digital DLC i have the retail game, but its collectors edition still havent opened the case, and i have second thoughts because there is a triple pack of the trilogy of the game, and it has MP which i cannot play it on the retail.

No, you cannot activate DLC for a game you don't (currently) own on your Steam -account.
