Application load error 5:0000065434 for the game FlatOut Ultimate Carnage

Hi!
I just bought the game "Flatout Ultimate Carnage" and the Error named in the Title appeares when i try to open it. :c

I have searched for help in steam community and the internet, but there were only awnsers for other games with the same problem.
Can someone help me with that Error for that game?
Does someone have an idea?
