There isn't a download link. IF a game publisher decides they want to support it, the game will allow you to record/take pictures in a 360 format. If they don't support it, you can't.
It won't be every game, it may be something they completely ignore and nobody every uses it outside of the few publishers/games that have said "yes, we'll put it in at some point.
Just about every "modern" Nvidia card can do it (Most things back to a GTX660) - but you need the game makers themselves to allow it to work on their game!
