For any and all users that are experiencing troubles when trying to purchase using Scotiabank Vsa Debit card. tired of that error? even though everthing is EXACTLY AS IT SAYS ON THE BANK INFORMATION!!? well i figured out a solution. PAYPAL. How it works. Steam accepts paypal. Paypal accepts the use of Visa Debit cards. So if you already have a paypal account or dont have one get one to solve this issue. you DONT need the money in paypal just your VISA DEBIT information as well as the verified bank account with pay pal. Once you have everything (address exact on pay pal) come back into Steam. add funds or make purchase and instead of choosing VISA choose PayPal, what will happen is Steam will take the money from paypal, paypal will take the money from your account. No waiting, as instant as you would expect it to be. Good luck to all that find this method useful and helpful, it helped me.

yea but if you use SCOTIABANK, paypal don't work with SCOTIABANK so y'know
