Checkout stuck on "Working..."
I have been attempting to make a purchase now for over 12 hours. All the items are in my cart and I am ready to go, but when I click on "Purchase for Myself" it brings me to a page that says "Working..." and never advances beyond this point despite waiting minutes or hours.

I have restarted Steam and my computer during this time. I even tried in the middle of the night during non peak hours. Finally trying again this morning to the same result.

I've never had this problem in the past, even during another sale event. I would have expected problems in the first few hours which is why I waited until late at night but this is ridiculous.

If I check my purchase history it shows a failed purchase with my credit card number for each item and attempt I've made, even though I never even have been able to review my order yet.

I'm suffering from the same issue and have been since yesterday. Once this bugged "Working" page is encountered it is no longer possible to return to the store or access the community.

UPDATE: I had a bundle in my basket. Upon removing that bundle, the purchase went through.

In my case, it was the Pug bundle, but I don't know what bundles are in your carts.

Great.... this time by removing bundles from my cart i could proceed until the "purchase" button... then... "For the protection of the account holder, this purchase has been declined. Further purchasing will be temporarily limited - please contact Steam Support to resolve this issue."

yep, I can confirm, had the problem, removed the bundles and it went through.......oh well, I don't really need the portal and last door bundle, plenty of other games around.

Same issue here... Removed all the bundles and I could continue, but now Steam has locked me out of making purchases. Thanks for nothing Valve!

I was having this same issue, and I was able to get it working properly by essentially just splitting the purchase into bundled/not bundled purchases.

I think the steam client, and the browser version of the store are having issues rendering the bundled purchases properly, and so get stuck in some sort of loop (or simply crash) when trying to display any output. Hopefully they'll fix the issue soon.
