You can sort by percent off. Log in to steam through your browser, and than through steamdb with the "sign in" link on the upper right. It is a safe and commonly used site. Once logged in, it will tell you if you already own games through the bundle. Though for some reason DLC will always show as unowned.

Not true, You can have a ton of cheap games and still have a lot of fun. It's better to have a cheap game your pc can handle with no problems then a 30$ + game your pc can barely handle and is at risk of being graphically updated in the future making the game a waste of money.
Look for game bundles on steam that include games you love. That way you may grow to love another just as much.
