New Reality Studio Pack has 23 games + some DLC.

http://store.steampowered.com/sub/92274/

Adds up to roughly 21 cents per game. You also get all future games from this developer.

The Goo Bundle has 2 games for 11 cents each, approximately.

Fun with Physics pack has 4 games for under 30 cents:

https://steamdb.info/bundles/

You can sort by percent off. Log in to steam through your browser, and than through steamdb with the "sign in" link on the upper right. It is a safe and commonly used site. Once logged in, it will tell you if you already own games through the bundle. Though for some reason DLC will always show as unowned.

Keep an eye on Humble Bundle (the 1$ tier is always worth it), you may even want a Monthly Bundle Subscription https://www.humblebundle.com/monthly

well if you're up for 3rd party bundle sites. I second humble bundle, but want to add:

https://groupees.com/

https://www.bundlestars.com/

Those 2 are probably the best ones behind Humble. Some lesser ones include:

Not true, You can have a ton of cheap games and still have a lot of fun. It's better to have a cheap game your pc can handle with no problems then a 30$ + game your pc can barely handle and is at risk of being graphically updated in the future making the game a waste of money.

Look for game bundles on steam that include games you love. That way you may grow to love another just as much.

Check out the several bundle sites. Indiegala, Fanatical. Far most of what they have are cheap bundles of shovelware, but that's the cheapest way to bump your game count. Ah, and Humblebundle has Spec Ops: The Line for free right now. Humblebundle is the way to go, if you want to spend a little more but get QUALITY games instead of masses of shovelware.
