I mean, the game videos that don't load. They take forever, and don't buffer. Half the time I want to watch a game video I have to search it on YouTube instead, that's if I care enough to go do that. That's what I mean.

You do realize that if a feature used to push sales was actually broken, the publishers and devs selling their games on steam would hound valve into fixing it asap? It's either an issue with your client installation, your pc in general, or your isp.
