Didn't get my items after trading

Can any one please help me? me and one of my friends were trading cs go skins we did every step and confirmed it in our email but we didn't get our items why? i would really appreciate if someone helps.

i you dont have the mobile authenticaor enabled the trade will be held for like 5-30 days im not sure
