Steam, come on. What is this suppose to mean?
I just tried to buy "Enter The Gungeon" And that was my ONLY attempt at purchasing SOMETHING!
Is this a bug or something?

Please respond asap!

This is the list of purchase attempts they have for you.

Double check if you forgot purchase some purchase attempts or something.

I double checked it, NO other attempts were made except adding the money (which worked out just fine)

You know you can just buy games without adding money to your wallet before right?
That way you only get one purchase instead of two.

Wait a bit and see if it works later, it might be a bug.

Alright, I'll be patient. Thanks for helping me ^^!

This is the result of waiting about 30 minutes :
It looks like you've been attempting a lot of purchases in the last few hours. Please wait a while before trying again. I seriously have no idea what to do. :/

Same here :\ how long does one have to wait?

Its because of the way the banks work.
If a card is stolen, theives will usually make multiple small purchases to verify the stolen card works before making a big one, or continue to buy small things at a time. They do this so the real account holder doesn't notice a large sum of money being removed at once. The reason you'll get a cooldown on Steam for this is so your bank doesn't lock you out of your card mistakenly. To avoid this, add multiple things to your basket and purchase them in one transaction.

Basically, you'll just have to deal with it and wait a while. Next time, add multiple things to your basket and purchase them all in one payment, or add funds to your steam wallet and do the same, instead of buying directly with the card.

I have the same disturbance issue in the balance of my purchases at this period. I visited https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithPurchase and it gives the option to finish a failed purchase although when trying to finish the purchase, the same issue appears...

Join the "current" mega thread as the issue in the OP was years ago.
