Different Windows accounts, but still attached to same Steam profile?
I would like to have an alternate account meant for a different circle of friends, along with many other networking tools, so I opened a new account in Windows 10. However, whenever I log into the other account, it still uses my login info from this account. Is there a way to make Steam accounts specific to Windows accounts, or is one Steam account always logged in for anyone using the computer?

I know I can just login/out at any time, but I am just wondering if there is a work around

Turn off automatic startup. Create a shortcut for Steam on each windows account (menu/desktop), edit the properties and give it these launch options:

-login %u %p - This logs into Steam with the specified Username and Password combination. Replace %u with the username, and %p with the password you want to login with (Steam must be off for this to work.)

If you still want Steam to automatically startup, while logging in to the appropriate account, disable automatic startup within Steam and place the shortcuts in the Start menu-> Programs -> Startup folders of each windows account.

Windows User has nothing to do with Steam; you have one Steam app for all users to share. So yes disable and never do Auto Login/Remember Login for Steam Client if you share Steam on a single system. And helps the OS Startup to also not have Steam Client in OS startup.
