Invalid Authenticator problem, Please help me!!!
Hello guys, i just activated the mobile authenticator today. But when i sell an item now and i go to "Confirmations" on the app i recive the following message "Invalid Authenticator" and a paragraph

"It looks like your Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator is providing incorrect Steam Guard codes. This could be caused by an inaccurate clock or bad timezone settings on your device. If your time settings are correct. It could be that a different device has been set up to provide the Steam Guard codes for your account. Which means the authenticator on this device is no longer valid."

I can't sell items anymore nor i can trade. Can anyone help me how to fix this?

I had the steam app installed on another two devices, in my brother's laptop and on my mother's phone, i used the steam on both devices because i had no PC nor a phone at that moment. Now i uninstalled the steam from both devices. But what are the clock and timezone settings?

I checked the time and date, they are accurate. I'm living in the UAE, date is 18/6/2016, it says the smae date on my phone, time is 6:04 pm, it says the same on my phone.

Does your PC say the same date time and timezone?

You only used it on one PC and one phone?

Make sure your phone number is still correct and that you have backup codes written down.

This is the valve solution: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=8625-WRAH-9030&l=English#notworking

Maybe your brother or someone else are also using the app?
if nothing works then just remove the authenticator via sms or backup codes.

I uninstalled the steam app from all other devices. It was on my brother's phone, my sister's phone and my mother's phone. I uninstalled it completely. Then, i opened my brother's laptop. He is using windows 8.1, the steam was installed there. I uninstalled it from the control panel. And then i checked my timezone settings and clock and date settings on my phone, they were all accurate. Then i checked google to see if there are old discussions about this problem and i found one, and someone said that he found a solution by changing the language to English. I tried that by changing the phone language to English, then i restarted my phone and opened steam and it worked! :D Thanks god
