Be advised I will be disputing my Credit Card charges for Ubisoft/Steam Purchase

I had a failed microtransaction from Steam for End Wars onLine.

Steam/Ubisoft got the money and I havent recieved the product/service.
After numerous attempts and supplying proof of said pruchase. Im getting no where.
Jerk me around if you like.
Once 30 days has passed from my 1st ticket submitted. If the issue isnt resolved.

Ill contact my credit card company and dispute the charges. Since the transaction is via Steam and you are unwilling to assist, you win the charge back.

If it says failed in your account page, then Valve doesn't have your money. It's on hold by your CC company.

Usually this happens when there is a hold on the account. I'm sure you'll get he game when the funds are released. The reason it's like this is people used to buy games using Paypal, then they would finish the game and do a chargeback. People would also do this for scamming. Things have changed a bit since then. For instance, Steam will refund your money if you don't like a game and such and Paypal doesn't offer chargebacks on digital products. If it was a credit card, then your bank may not have released the funds yet. You might want to check with your bank or whoever you have your card through. The hold might be because of some fraudalent activity. I've had this happen before even with buying groceries. Get to the checkout and then I get declined and have to call the bank because of a block. No big deal though. Usually it takes them 2-3 minutes to remove it. Good luck.

And you win a temporarily locked account, a time window to reverse the chargeback, and if you ignore that, a permanently locked account.

Chargebacks are a one-sided tool to settle a dispute, and will in most cases end your relationship with the other party.
