sm_mp is not working is sourcemod plugin

hi guys i have problem i make a cs go server and all of think is good i install sourcemod and metamod but i have problem
i write a sm_admin is work and admin menu its open but i write sm_mp_maxrounds 30 or sm_mp_freezetime 0 or mp_cvar_changelvl de_dust2
he sad unknown command i dont know what to do can you help me pls
i make server with my freind help a 1 month ago and is wok good but know i alone make this server and just i have promblem with this
