Can I run Far Cry 2 on my Surface?
I am looking to play Far Cry 2 on my new Surface. Here are the specs:

PC: Microsoft Surface Pro 4
Edition: Windows 10 Pro
Version: 1511
OS Build: 10586.712.20g
Processor: Intel Core i7-6650 CPU @ GHz
Installed RAM: 16GB
System Type: 64-bit operating system, x64 based system

Please help. Let me know if it will run, even on the lowest settings

NOTE: On the Microsoft website it say quote:

"Laptops don't have video cards. Laptops either have integrated graphics or a graphics processing unit (GPU) built into the computer in place of a video card."

You forgot to mention the videocard.
But it should run on lower settings.

Minimum:
Supported OS: Microsoft Windows XP or Windows Vista (64 is supported)
Processor: Pentium 4 3.2 Ghz, Pentium D 2.66 Ghz, AMD Athlon 64 3500+ or better
Memory: 1 GB
Graphics: 256 MB, Shader Model 3 required, NVidia 6800 or ATI X1650 or better*
Hard Drive: 3.5 GB (Multiple saves and user created maps will increase the amount of needed hard disk space.)
*Supported Video cards: NVidia 6800, NVidia 7000 series, 8000 series, 9000 series, 200 series. 8800M and 8700M supported for laptops. ATI X1650 – 1950 series , HD2000 series , HD3000 series , HD4000 series

Yes it will run. You have an Intel® Iris™ Graphics 540which is OK for low-end gaming and since Far Cry 2 is REALLY old and runs on Directx 8, any PC/Laptop made after 2005 will be able to run this game!
P.S: I was able to run the game on Intel G31 at highest settings @1366*768 resolution. I didn't see the FPS though.
