Steam Summer Sales

so i was wondering when steam sales start will all the games planned to be put on sales go on sale straight away or will they put some games on sale the first day some on the second and so on

and when a game goes on sale will it be on sale till the end of summer sale or just a few days

i have a few games i willl probably get in sales and i was wondering if i should wait the whole sale to see if the game goes on sale or just buy it if it doesnt go on sale

Based on the last two sales, everything should be on sale at once, and will remain on sale throughout the sale. However that isn't always the case. The Bioshock Triple Pack only went on sale about halfway through the previous sale, and stayed on sale only for a few days.

Games will go on sale straight away, some prices may decrease one day and then come back up to the normal sale price as there are things like Flash Sales every day that affects different games every day.
